This cookie is a love letter to Nancy. Our Mother, GrandMother and GreatGrandMother
I made a variation of this cookie my whole life in the kitchen alongside my Grandmother and when she returned to source I continued to make this cookie as a way to connect with her spirit and to nurture a relationship with her and my children. This ritual inspired me to make the perfect cookie. I tried different quality ingredients, sizes of cookie, baking times, preparation and setting methods and after a joyful 3 years of perfecting this cookie, I finally did it I MADE THE BEST COOKIE EVER!! They’ve been sold and sold out daily in a sweet coffee shop on the Oregon coast, for events, special occasions, holidays and most importantly for treating yourself!
